TZATZIKI

Serves 4 As A Side, Ready in 5 Minutes

This popular Greek side made with yoghurt and cucumber is also a staple at the Albanian table and is perfect alongside meat, fish or even just spread on fresh bread.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cucumber, grated

200g Thick Greek yoghurt

1 Garlic clove, finely grated

Small handful of mint leaves, finely chopped

Olive oil


METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine the cucumber, yoghurt, garlic and mint and mix until well combined.

  2. Drizzle with a good olive oil before serving.
