ROASTED RADISH

260g Radish, Ready in 30 Minutes

I love these as part of a mezze feast or even as an alternative side with a summer roast dinner when you’re looking for something lighter than the usual roasted winter veg.


INGREDIENTS

260g Radish, left whole

Small handful of fresh thyme sprigs

Salt & Pepper

Olive oil


METHOD

  1. In a roasting dish, drizzle the radish and thyme sprigs with olive oil and season well.

  2. Heat the oven to 220 degrees (200 fan)

  3. Roast in the oven for 30 mins

  4. Serve immediately as the roasted radish don’t keep very well
